Alvaston Park Walking for Health

A small group meets weekly on Thursday mornings at 9.45 am.  The group walks for about 45 minutes and finishes somewhere for coffee and chat.  The walks are mainly around the Alvaston Park area but the group also visits other Park such as Elvaston Castle and other places of interest. 

New members are always welcome.  It is best to phone Joy on 01332 571364 to check where the meeting place will be.  The walks are free but you may need some money to buy a coffee.
